Services Provided By Our Caring Staff

Quality food is provided with luxury silver service and served to your pet with individual room service. Pets are fed upon arrival with normal feeding the next morning.

Dogs:	Home cooked meals; including Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Kangaroo, with Vegetables, Pasta and Rice.
Cats:	Beef and Kangaroo as the red meats. A variety of the tin lines – Snappy Tom, Whiskas, Dine etc. Biscuits are provided all the time.

Personal, pampered, individual attention to all pets. Special attention and close contact with first time and long term boarders by caring staff.

Pets are continually exercised by being allowed to run free, in all exercising areas. We do not profess to "walk pets".

Grooming of pets – at no extra charge.

Bathing of all dogs – at no extra charge – if your dog is in for a period greater than 4 days. If your dog is in for less than 4 days and you wish your dog to be bathed, a charge is made. We believe in sending them home clean. (Easter is excluded from the 4 day limit).

	Dogs are then towel dryed before being blow dryed. One of our industrial blow dryers can be seen in the background.
Dogs are bathed in a separate area, using fresh water.

Sanistised bedding is provided by us. We supply our own, due to our policy of cleanliness, bedding is frequently washed. Older and geriatric dogs will normally be provided with sponge mattresses provided by us.

Fitting clean bedding for an incoming guest.

A veterinary surgeon is on call 24 hours a day. Charges are usually the same as a normal surgery fee.

Most medication is given or applied to pets at no extra charge to clients.

We can make arrangements for pets to be clipped whilst in the kennels.

Pick-up and delivery of pets from homes etc is available at a cost to clients.
